Car export documents
In order to take as much work off your hands as possible, we at De Autozaak Lelystad offer a service for the easy export of your vehicle(s) and drawing up RDW-approved export documents.
If you have a vehicle that you want to export, it is best to simply drop by at our location: Binnenhavenweg 25 , 8211 AA Lelystad.
If you want to come prepared, please fill in the application form first.
What Is
The Method
At “De Autozaak Lelystad” you can have your request handled in two ways. You can drop by immediately with all your things and we will prepare your documents. If you want to make preparations before you visit us, you can use the application form.
1. Fill in the application form.
Click on the button "Fill in the application form" and start filling in the required information. Please check your information carefully and submit the form.
2. We will schedule an appointment with you.
As soon as we have received your request, we will start the first preparations of the document and we will contact you when you can come by. We will also immediately indicate what information and/or files we will still need.
3. Visit us and we will take care of everything.
When you come to us with the last requirements, we will make sure the documents are fully in order. This usually doesn't take too long, but if you have any questions afterwards we can always answer them.

The RDW is a public service provider in the Dutch mobility chain. They safeguard legal and assigned tasks surrounding vehicles in The Netherlands.
An RDW-certified company adheres to legal standards and works closely with the RDW in, for example, providing the right documents.

In addition to some personal details, we need the following to prepare and draw up your documents:
- The registration certificate (Part 1B) and the transfer certificate or registration card with the registration code. The transfer certificate or registration code are not necessary if the registered owner/holder comes himself/herself.
- Registration plates (not necessary if registration plates were never made/issued).
- Een geldig legitimatiebewijs
No, at De Autozaak Lelystad, we can draw up documents for all registered vehicles. Including vans, campers and trucks.
No, this is not required, you can also just visit our location. However, you will need to bring the necessary documents and information with you.
This is a possibility we offer at De Autozaak Lelystad. We do this in collaboration with third parties.
